Please call Austin Energy at 512-494-9400 to activate your account. The property address is 301 W 38th Street, Austin, TX 78705. Be sure to provide them with your unit number.

The landlord will start water and trash services in your name. You will receive your first bill approximately 30 days after move-in. After paying the first bill, we recommend setting up auto payments through the resident portal.

There is a single dumpster on the property as well as recycling bins. Please make sure your trash ends up in the dumpster or bins.

You will need to obtain a modem from Spectrum for internet in your apartment. The easiest way to do this is to go to the Spectrum store located at:

1000 E 41st Street, Austin, Texas 78751 (to the right of Jason's Deli)

Please state the following:

"I am moving into 301 West 38th Street Austin, TX 78705 Unit #_____ and I need a modem for internet access provided by my landlord, 38th Street Flats LLC through the multi-family bundle. Their agreement through Spectrum is that each resident is supplied a modem from Spectrum under my name and social security number. This modem will be returned by me to Spectrum at move out. 38th Street Flats LLC account number is 8260 16 003 0971246"

As a backup, you can also call Spectrum at 512-485-5555 and state the above to an operator.

Your cable will work by simply connecting your TV and cable cord.

You will receive a parking tag sticker in your move-in packet. Parking is unassigned. We recommend placing the sticker on your rear windshield so that it is easily viewable. As long as your sticker is displayed, you are free to park in any spot.

You will receive a laundry key in your move-in packet. We require the laundry door to be locked at all times. Please remember to lock the door behind you after you leave.
